Love being creative? This unique 6-week programme is all about using creativity to help you connect, socialise, and have fun while building skills and confidence. Whether you’re interested in design, crafting, music, or exploring new creative hobbies, each session is tailored specifically to inspire your creativity, encourage self-expression, and develop skills that align with your interests and goals.
Our programme is designed for NDIS participants to develop skills and independence in a supportive, creativity-focused environment. It’s more than just making art—it’s about building confidence, fostering social connections, and discovering how creativity can help solve everyday challenges.
What’s Included:
- Personalised Creative Coaching & Support: Each participant is paired with a dedicated Raise Your Spirit Creativity Coach. We carefully match you with a coach who shares your enthusiasm for creative activities, ensuring they support and motivate you to try new things and express yourself freely.
- Vision Boarding Kickoff: The programme begins with a vision boarding exercise to learn more about you, your interests, and your goals. This helps us personalise each session to allow you to express your creativity and develop new skills that resonate with you.
- Diverse Creative Activities: From T-shirt design and music sessions to skateboarding deck design and hydro dipping, each week offers a new project that taps into different areas of creativity. You’ll be involved in gathering materials for each activity and building skills that you can apply independently in your own time.
- Turning Creativity into a Business: As you develop your creative skills, we’ll provide insights on how to turn your newfound talents into potential business opportunities. From selling handmade crafts and artwork to offering personalised design services, you’ll learn practical steps for bringing your creativity to the marketplace and creating your own small business.
- Inclusive Learning Environment: Suitable for all skill levels, our experienced facilitators support beginners, intermediates, and advanced participants alike. Each session is adapted to meet the individual’s abilities and interests.
- Comprehensive Support: We handle all programme logistics, including on-site guidance and any required preparation or support, to make the 6-week journey enjoyable and engaging.
Key Highlights of the Programme:
- Creative Skill Development: Participants learn a variety of creative techniques, each encouraging self-expression and confidence in new environments. Learning creativity can help you solve many day-to-day problems and adapt to new situations.
- Fun & Social Engagement: Sessions are designed to nurture social skills, independence, and a sense of achievement through engaging, hands-on creative activities.
- Variety of Activities: Each week introduces a new project, including T-shirt design, screen printing, skateboard deck design, candle making, pottery, hydro dipping, music and singing sessions, anime drawing, and much more. Projects are followed by lunch and a fun group activity.
- Ages & Abilities: Open to participants aged 7-14 years and 15-25 years, with tailored support for all skill levels from beginner to advanced.

Programme Schedule
- Duration: 6-week programme
- Days: Monday to Friday, with additional Saturday and Sunday sessions available
- Time: 10:00am to 4:00pm each day
- Focus: Creating, socialising, learning, having fun, and staying active
